For those of you who read Selenian Boondocks, but don’t read Hobbyspace (I’m sure there’s at least two of your out there), I wanted to mention the SSI Space Manufacturing Conference this month on the 29th-31st, at the NASA Ames Conference Center. It looks like I’ll be attending this year. SSI has been one of the few space technology groups that has actually tried to help move the technology forward in hardware, not just in papers or in advocacy. If you’re waffling on whether to go or not, check out the agenda. While I’m on it, there are also a lot of interesting people too, that shouldn’t be missed!
